Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracorporeal circulation circuit which can secure time to perform a treatment for preventing generation of air bubbles in an artificial lung from occurring by delaying the time until the air bubbles are generated in the artificial lung when a negative pressure is generated in the extracorporeal circulation circuit, for example, in a process of performing modified ultrafiltration, and an artificial lung with a reservoir.SOLUTION: An extracorporeal circulation circuit 100A includes an artificial lung 5 and a first line 1 and a second line 2 which are respectively connected through the artificial lung 5 and can be used in a first state in which blood is removed from the first line 1 and in a second state in which blood is removed from the second line 2. The extracorporeal circulation circuit 100A includes a reservoir 6 provided in the middle of the first line 1, a third line 3 for connecting a downstream side of a reservoir 6 of the first line 1 and the middle of the second line 2 in the second state, and a fourth line 4 for connecting the first line 1 and a part between a change valve 10 of the second line 2 and the artificial lung 5 in the second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
