Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging acting system to the owner of an information display type portable telephone, by which the individual authentication of the telephone owner who purchases pay contents is easily performed and also the security of the owner is secured. SOLUTION: The charging acting system is the one for charging the owner in accordance with the utilization of the pay contents in place of a contents provider 9 when the owner owning the information display portable telephone 1 performs access to the provider 9 providing an information service by way of the Internet 4 and utilizes the contents. In the system, the originating person report number of a portable telephone number by which access is performed to the contents is used for the individual authentication of the owner having an intention to purchase the pay contents.
