Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock feed production recycle system which reduces recycle cost.SOLUTION: A livestock feed production recycle system X includes a solid-liquid separator 3, a livestock feed production facility 4, and a biogas manufacturing facility 5. The solid-liquid separator 3 separates food residue into a solid component and a supernatant liquid. The livestock feed production facility 4 includes a cooker 402 which performs oil-heat dewatering of the solid component separated by the solid-liquid separator 3 and manufactures raw material of livestock feed. The biogas manufacturing facility 5 includes a fermentation tank 502 which generates biogas with the supernatant liquid separated by the solid-liquid separator 3 as raw material of methane fermentation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
