Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-feeding method of cement fluid and a spraying method of cement mixture capable of effectively preventing occurrence of obstruction when the pressure-feeding of a cement fluid is stopped.SOLUTION: An acrylic latex is added to a cement fluid which contains at least cement and water to suppress the thixotropy effect and the mixture is fed out being pressurized. When aggregate 2 containing no cement and cement milk are pressure-fed separately from respective supply sources 1 and 4 and the aggregate and the cement milk are mixed to obtain a cement mixture 5, the acrylic latex is added to the cement milk at the supply source 4 and the cement mixture 5 is blown out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
