PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented malt beverage with enhanced fruity hop aroma by "dry hopping" and combining an excellent quality of "kettle hopping" with little roughness.SOLUTION: The fermented malt beverage contains linalool, geranyl acetate, β-citronellol, geraniol, iso-αacid, and S-fraction at predetermined concentration.
