Abstract:
To provide a ferritic stainless steel excellent in exhaust gas condensed water corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A ferritic stainless steel contains C:0.001 to 0.030%, Si:0.01 to 1.00%, Mn:0.01 to 2.00%, P:0.050% or less, S:0.0100% or less, Ni:0.05 to 1.00%, Cr:10.5 to 20.0%, Ti:0.01 to 0.40%, Al:0.001 to 0.100%, and N:0.050% or less, and the balance Fe with impurities, has surface roughness Ra in a cold rolling direction, a direction vertical to the cold rolling direction, and a direction with 45° to the cold rolling direction of 0.50 μm or less, and Ni amount satisfying following conditions. When Cr amount is 10.5 to 13.0%, 0.05 to 0.20%, Cr amount is over 13.0 to 16.0%, 0.05 to 0.30%, Cr amount is over 16.0 to 18.0%, 0.05 to 0.50%, and Cr amount is over 18.0 to 20.0%, 0.05 to 1.00%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
