Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively suppress interference fringe noise due to interference fringe to be generated on an image sensor.
CONSTITUTION: By positively giving the prescribed angle of inclination to the relative figure between an image sensor 3 and lid glass 2 which protects it, the same number of interference fringes are given to each component in the image sensor. The interference fringe noise can be prevented by leveling the average light intensity received by each component so that the interference fringe noise can not be sensed by the only specific elements.
