PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibrous structures comprising one or more particles.SOLUTION: A fibrous structure of a unitary structure comprises a fiber element and one or more active agent-containing water-soluble particles, wherein one or more of the fiber elements are water-soluble, the fiber elements comprise one or more water-soluble filaments, and the water-soluble filaments are filament formation materials containing one or more active agents. The active agent-containing water-soluble particles comprise one or more active agents different from the active agents comprised in the fiber elements, the active agents of the active agent-containing water-soluble particles are hair care agents, and at least one of the active agent-containing water-soluble particle is present as an individual particles in the fibrous structure. The hair care agents are selected from a shampoo agent, a hair dye agent, a hair conditioning agent, or combinations thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
