Abstract:
To provide a filling nozzle that enables stable filling with little fluctuation in an internal pressure inside the nozzle when filling with the filling nozzle.SOLUTION: A filling nozzle of an automatic filling machine comprises a quantitative weighing filling part, a vertical cylindrical nozzle body, and a valve member. The valve member has a discharge valve and a filling end valve inside the vertical cylindrical nozzle body. The discharge valve has a rod 1 that penetrates the vertical cylindrical nozzle body from the inside to the outside of an upper part, and can move up and down. The filling end valve has a rod 2 that penetrates the vertical cylindrical nozzle body from the inside to the outside of the upper part, and can move up and down. The upper parts of the rod 1 and the rod 2 have teeth that engages with a pinion gear as a rack on the upper outer part of the vertical cylindrical nozzle body, and are located on the upper outer side of the vertical cylindrical nozzle body. The rod 1 and the rod 2 are arranged so as to face each other via the pinion gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
