To provide an elastomer composition which is excellent in balance in heat resistance, stretching and modulus and is further excellent in melt spreadability, and to provide a film which is excellent in various characteristics.

The elastomer composition for manufacturing the melt spreadable material includes: 100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer C having two or more polymer blocks A containing an aromatic vinyl monomer unit as a principal building block and one or more polymer blocks B containing a conjugated diene monomer unit as a principal building block; 50-200 pts.wt. of a softening agent; 10-300 pts.wt. of a predetermined ethylene-α-olefin copolymer E with molecular weight distribution of 1-3; and 210-1,000 pts.wt. of a predetermined propylene polymer F with molecular weight distribution of 1-3.
