Abstract:
To provide a fire extinguisher which has both merits of accumulation type and compression type, and can exhibit more highly the performance and function of nitrogen fine mist fire extinction by solving the demerits of both, and using the advantages of both.SOLUTION: In a body container 12 of a fire extinguisher 10, a small amount of water 20 is stored is filled with low-pressure nitrogen gas 18, and a gas container 16 includes high-pressure nitrogen gas. By the operation of an upper lever 38 disposed in the body container 12, a seal 48 of the body container 12 is opened to send the water 20 into a nozzle body 26 by the compression of the low-pressure nitrogen gas 18, and at the same time, the gas container 16 is opened to send high-pressure nitrogen gas into the nozzle body 26, and nitrogen fine mist obtained by atomizing water with nitrogen gas is ejected from an injection hole 32 so as to extinguish fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
