Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is lightweight and has high flame-retardant performance.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant laminate 1 has a metal plate 3 laminated on both surfaces of a core material 2 formed of a foam resin plate containing a polyolefin resin and a flame-retardant material, where the flame-retardant material is formed of magnesium hydroxide and is contained in the core material in an amount of 60 wt.% to 70 wt., a weight of the flame-retardant material per unit volume in the core material 2 is lighter than a weight of the flame-retardant material per unit volume in an unfoamed resin plate, which is blended with the same resin and the same flame-retardant material with the core material 2, so as to satisfy the total calorific value when an exothermic test is performed in an unformed laminate having the same metal plate laminated on both surfaces of the unfoamed resin plate of 8 MJ/m2 or less, and specific gravity of the cora material 2 is 0.6 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
