Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the accuracy of detecting the temperature of an infrared detection element irrespective of the temperature rise of a lens.SOLUTION: A fixation device 18 comprises a heating member 23 that is heated by a heat source 33, a pressuring member 24 that is brought into pressure contact with the heating member 23, a reduced temperature detection unit 26, a substrate temperature detection unit 43, a lens temperature detection unit 44, and a reduced temperature correction unit 54. The reduced temperature detection unit 26 has a thermopile 40 for detecting an infrared ray from the heating member 23, a substrate 38 to which the thermopile 40 is attached, and a lens 42 for condensing the infrared ray onto the thermopile 40, and detects a reduced temperature that corresponds to the temperature of the heating member 23 on the basis of the detection result of the thermopile 40. The substrate temperature detection unit 43 detects the substrate temperature value of the substrate 38, and the lens temperature detection unit 44 detects the lens temperature value of the lens 42. The reduced temperature correction unit 54 corrects the reduced temperature on the basis of the substrate temperature and lens temperature value, and the control unit 50 controls the heat source 33 so that the reduced temperature becomes a prescribed fixation control temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
