Abstract:
To provide a flange capable of suppressing damage due to stress concentration.SOLUTION: A flange that is one aspect of the present invention is an annular flange having corners and sides, the flange comprising a first flange member having a corner forming part forming the corner, and a second flange member having a side forming part forming the side part and joined to the first flange member. The corner forming part comprises: an arcuate surface having a predetermined radius of curvature, and forming an inner peripheral surface of the corner; and an extension part extending in a direction away from an end part of the arcuate surface, and joined to the side forming part. A joint part between the extension part and the side forming part is separated from an end part of the arcuate surface by a distance or more set based on the radius of curvature and a width of the side forming part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
