Abstract:
A flat-clinch stapler has a base (10,10A), a magazine assembly (20), a handle device (30), a flat-clinch device (40) and a buffering device (50). The flat-clinch device (40) has a slider (41) and a moving board (42). The slider (41) is slidably mounted on the base (10). The moving board (42) is mounted above the slider (41) and is pivotally connected with the base (10,10A). The buffering device (50) has a protrusion (51,51A), a block (52,52A) and an elastic member (53,53A). The protrusion (51,51A) is securely disposed on the moving board (42). The block (52,52A) is slidably mounted on the base (10) and abuts the protrusion (51,51A). The elastic member (53,53A) abuts the block (52,52A) and the base (10,10A). When the moving board (42) is pivoted, the block (52,52A) is driven by the protrusion (51,51A) to move.
