Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float operation detection system of a steam trap, capable of improving estimation accuracy of an operation state of the steam trap by detecting operation state of a float of the steam trap.SOLUTION: A float operation detection system of a steam trap discharging drain occurring in a steam piping system by opening/closing a valve port according to lifting/lowering of a float in a valve chamber, includes an operation detection sensor and communication control means. The operation detection sensor is fixed and arranged to the hollow inside of the float so that its centroid is positioned lower than a center, and detects operation of the float. The communication control means can transmit the detection result of the operation detection sensor to other devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
