Abstract:
To provide a fluid control valve which maintains stable control or operation even if change occurs in one or both of the primary pressure and the secondary pressure.SOLUTION: A first diaphragm 36 and a second diaphragm 38 are disposed between a valve body 26 and a body 12, and a diaphragm chamber 46 is formed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm. The first diaphragm defines the diaphragm chamber and a valve chamber 44, and the second diaphragm defines a back pressure chamber 48 and the diaphragm chamber. The diaphragm chamber communicates with an output port 18 and the valve chamber and the back pressure chamber communicate with an input port 16. A difference between an effective pressure receiving area Sa of the first diaphragm and an effective pressure receiving area Sb of the second diaphragm is equal to a passage area Sc in a valve seat 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
