Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head capable of making a liquid injection characteristic uniform while restraining breakage of a piezoelectric layer constituting a piezoelectric element, a liquid injection device, and an actuator.SOLUTION: A third electrode 90 is further provided on a second electrode 80 constituting a piezoelectric element 300 via an adhesion layer 91, and the second electrode 80 and the third electrode 90 are electrically connected to each other. Also, the third electrode 90 is provided to cover a longitudinal end of the piezoelectric element 300. The third electrode 90 is provided with an extension section 93 extending on the piezoelectric element 300 at predetermined width, and a space section 94 is formed between the extension section 93 and the piezoelectric element 300. Because the third electrode 90 is provided on the second electrode 80, a resistance value of the second electrode 80 that is a common electrode of the piezoelectric element 300 is substantially reduced.
