Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid servo valve which can be drastically simplified in a low consumption air flow rate, a high exhaust flow rate, a high resonance frequency, a high speed responsiveness and a construction.SOLUTION: A bidirectional nozzle flapper valve is constituted of two nozzles 69 and 70 and a flapper 63. Between each of the nozzles and the flapper, there are constituted flow rate control parts 77 and 78 having a transverse section of schematically annular passage. A valve of a low consumption air flow rate and a high discharge flow rate can be realized by making a constitution, in which the effective cross-sectional area of said flow rate control parts may vary in nonlinear characteristics with respect to the displacement of said flapper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
