PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoride fluophor capable of suppressing reduction of permeability of visible light and infrared light while converting ultraviolet light to visible light and infrared light, a wave conversion member and a photoelectric conversion device using the fluoride fluophor.SOLUTION: A fluoride fluophor (11) is a particulate fluophor having an absorption peak in a wavelength region of 300 nm or more and less than 400 nm and a luminescence peak in a wavelength region of 400 nm to 1000 nm. The fluoride fluophor has particle diameter corresponding 10% (D) in a cumulative particle diameter distribution based on volume of 15 μm or more and less than 100 μm and a base material crystal is calcium fluoride. A wave conversion member (10) has the fluoride fluophor and a transparent material (12) for dispersing the fluoride fluophor. A photoelectric conversion deice has a photoelectric conversion cell (20), a surface protective material (30) for protecting a side where light is injected to the photoelectric conversion cell and a wave conversion member arranged between the photoelectric cell and the surface protective material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
