Abstract:

To provide a fluorine-containing compound effective as a surfactant showing an excellent surface tension-reducing capacity even in low concentration, a surfactant composition containing the fluorine-containing compound and a method for producing the fluorine-containing compound.

This fluorine-containing compound is expressed by formula (I) [wherein, Rf11, Rf21are each independently a 1-14C perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroether group; A1, B1are each a bivalent linking group; R11is a 2-6C alkylene group which may have a substituent; R21, R31are each independently a 1-6C alkyl group which may have a substituent].
