Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine resin substrate having high transmittance for light, excellent heat resistance and surface activity, and a printed circuit board, a display panel, a display device, a touch panel, an illumination device, and a solar panel having the fluorine resin substrate.SOLUTION: A fluorine resin substrate 1 includes: a fluorine resin layer 2 having a transmittance for light at a wavelength of 600 nm of 85% or more in a thickness of 50 μm; and a modified layer 3 formed in at least a part of the fluorine resin layer 2. The modified layer 3 has a siloxane coupling structure, contains a functional group other than a siloxane group, and has hydrophilicity with a contact angle of 90° or less with pure water.
