Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focal plane shutter that allows only a rear blade to be operated upon shooting of a live view.SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter comprises: a shutter base plate that includes an opening part; a shutter blade that switches an opening/closing state of the opening part; a front blade lock member; a rear blade lock member; a front blade iron piece member that causes the front blade to move; a rear blade iron piece member that causes the rear blade to move; a front blade lock release mechanism that releases a lock state of the front blade; and a rear blade lock release mechanism that releases a lock state of the rear blade. The focal plane shutter is employed that operates so as to change from a first state having the opening part closed by the front blade to a second state having the opening part opened thereby, and further change to a third state having the opening part closed by the rear blade by the lock state of the rear blade by means of the rear blade lock member being released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
