Abstract:
PURPOSE: A folding mattress-cum-armchair is provided to supply products suitable for a narrow residential environment such as an ondol or a tatami by minimizing the thickness of a mattress. CONSTITUTION: In an armchair containing a back plate and an armrest formed by splitting one unit(A) of a bed divided into two units(A)(B) in an inner member and an outer member and placing the inner member on a back plate bearing part(22) having a trapezoid section of the outer member, the folding mattress-cum-armchair is formed by dividing the whole of a portion of the inner member of the mattress type units(A)(B) into two or more members for a back plate, then placing on the back plate bearing part(22) to form a multistage back plate and transformed into a chair or a sofa together with the unit(B) functioning as a seat plate.
