Title:
EPOXY CAST PRODUCT WITH BUILT-IN ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3242718
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a crack from being generated due to a difference of coefficient of thermal expansion between an epoxy resin mold part and an electrode.
CONSTITUTION: An electrode, enveloped in an epoxy resin mold part 1, is divided into a plurality of parts in the inside, and each divided electrode 11-1 and 11-2 are electrically connected through a connecting bar 12. Since the connecting bar 12 and the electrodes 11-1, 11-2 are electrically connected by an electric contact 13 slidable in a lengthwise direction of the connecting bar 12, force by thermal expansion/contraction of the electrodes 11-l, 11-2 is absorbed by sliding between this connecting bar 12 and each electrode. Accordingly, the force by thermal expansion/contraction of the electrodes is prevented from being applied to the epoxy resin mold part 1, to relax internal stress thereof, and crack generation or the like can be prevented.
