Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food temperature controller enabling food, etc. placed on a tray to be heated efficiently by using heating medium containing super heated steam and to reduce space for supplying the heating medium of the controller.SOLUTION: A re-heating cart 1 is a food temperature controller heating or maintaining temperature of food placed in heating space inside and includes: first and second heaters 10a, 10b; a heating medium generation panel 20; a blowing nozzle 21; and circulation routes F1, F2. The first and second heaters 10a, 10b heat heating space. The heating medium generation panel 20 includes an electric heater 20b heating water or steam, generates heating medium containing super heated steam from water or steam, and can heat heating space independently of the first and second heaters 10a, 10b. The blowing nozzle 21 jets the heating medium. The circulation route sends the heating medium jetted by the blowing nozzle 21 to the heating space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
