Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form device which is reusable by removing a form and capable of easy bending-processing.SOLUTION: A form device 2 for molding a bottom surface 1a and both side side surfaces 1b and 1b of crossing a beam 1, comprises an inner surface plate part 3 continuously formed to the bottom surface and both side surfaces, a bottom rib part 41 and side rib parts 42 and 42 provided with a plurality of substantially parallel ribs and arranged on the outside of the inner surface plate part for respective surfaces, and a part between the adjacent bottom rib part and side rib part is separated. Here, ribs of the bottom rib part and the side rib part are extended toward the substantially orthogonal direction to a boundary line 33 between the adjacent surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
