Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling flat die capable of suppressing generation of a flaw on a thread during rolling processing, while suppressing cost increase, and to provide a rolling device and a rolling method.SOLUTION: A rolling flat die 10 in an embodiment includes a smoothing surface 14 and a rolling surface 16. The smoothing surface 14 is pressed onto the roughly-cut outer peripheral surface of a round bar member which is an object to be rolled, to thereby smooth the outer peripheral surface. The rolling surface 16 is formed beside the smoothing surface 14 in the length direction of the rolling flat die 10, and pressed onto the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member smoothed by the smoothing surface 14, to thereby form a thread on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
