Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spray powder capable of improving coating forming properties, and a method for forming a thermal spray coating.SOLUTION: The thermal spray powder includes secondary particles having an average indentation hardness of 4500-16500 N/mmand a granule strength of 10 MPa or more, and the average particle size of primary particles constituting the secondary particle is 5 μm or less. The secondary particles may include metal particles or ceramic particles and may include granulated-sintered particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
