Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion resistance reinforcement coating material for reinforcing especially concrete structure, a light weight thin sheet panel with abrasion resistance and a formation method of a surface of a structure with abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A reinforcement coating material for adding abrasion resistance to a surface of an underlayer has an undercoating film formed from an elastic mortar and a topcoating film formed from an aqueous polyurethane coating. The topcoating film may contain ceramic particles and a crosslinking agent such as aqueous polycarbodiimide. By arranging the abrasion resistance reinforcement coating material on a surface of a flexible board or various structures, abrasion resistance can be added to the surface of the flexible board or various structures.SELECTED DRAWING: None
