Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof material which can be installed in a through hole without taking much time and can prevent fire from propagating through the through hole.SOLUTION: A fireproof material is installed in a through hole in order to fill a gap between an inner peripheral face 3a of the through hole on a compartment body and inserted objects 4A and 4B inserted into the through hole. The fireproof material has a cushion body 7 which is installed in the gap in a state of being distorted in a ring shape. In a front view of the through hole with the cushion body 7 installed therein, the cushion body 7 is extended throughout a whole circumference of the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
