Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mold a finished article of a metal plate having a high quality by one process.SOLUTION: In metal plate molding equipment, a die 31 on a stationery side and a punch 41, which approach and is separated from the die 31, are provided. An expansion part 22, which is continuous with a metal plate 21, is molded between a recess 32 and a projection 33 of the die 31 and a projection 43 and a recess 42 of the punch 41. When molding, by approaching motion of the punch 41 to the die 31, the metal plate 21 is pinched by the die 31, and a first convex portion 51, a second convex portion 52 and a third convex portion 53 of the punch 41, and thereafter, is pinched by a fourth convex portion 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
