Abstract:
The invention relates to a molding method for a raw tyre. The raw tyre comprises a steel tyre bead wrapping cloth configured on the outer side of a tyre body cloth layer at a type bead portion and more that two layers of nylon tyre bead wrapping cloths. The molding method comprises the following steps: a tyre bead of a raw tyre is fixed by tyre bead lock mechanisms in a state end portions of the tyre body cloth layer and end portions of the tyre bead wrapping cloths are not roller up; in a condition that an intersection point between a vertical line from one end of a tyre bead core on the outermost side of the width direction of the tyre and control surfaces of the tyre bead lock mechanisms, intervals between the tyre bead lock mechanisms are set; an angle between horizontal line and a straight line forming through connecting one end of a belt layer on the outermost side of the width direction of the tyre and a tyre bead lock point is enabled to be above 50 DEG and below 70 DEG; and in a state of applying pressure to the internal side of the raw tyre, a roller moving from the lower position to the upper position extrudes and rolls up the tyre body cloth layer and the tyre bead wrapping cloths.
