Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimer elevation method capable of alleviating load when a bucket wheel touches down.SOLUTION: A reclaimer elevation method includes: a step S1 of setting the threshold value (TH1) of an elevation height, the locking value (K1) of elevation descent, and the threshold value (TH2) of reactive force; a step S2 of making an elevation descent button automatically lock when a measurement value of the elevation height falls under the threshold value (TH1) of the elevation height during elevation descent operation after the step S1 to make an operator release this lock by operating a lock release button; a step S3 of making the elevation descent button automatically lock every time a measurement value of the elevation descent amount exceeds the locking value (K1) of elevation descent during elevation descent operation after the step S2 to make an operator release this lock by operating the elevation descent button again; and a step S4 of making an elevation cylinder automatically stop operation when an absolute value of a detected load of a pin type load cell exceeds an absolute value of the threshold value (TH2) of reactive force during elevation descent operation in the step S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
