Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame with a liquid jacket for a motor which is capable of reducing an amplitude caused by vibrations of a motor itself by suppressing the vibrations and capable of cooling a stator by efficiently performing heat conduction of a heat generation amount from the stator to a liquid.SOLUTION: The frame with a liquid jacket includes an inner cylinder part 11, an outer cylinder part 12, and an end plate part 14 closing a hollow part 13 between the inner and outer cylinder parts. The hollow part is partitioned into a plurality of hollow passages 13a by partition plate parts 15 which radially extend from the inner cylinder part and are connected to the outer cylinder part and disposed while being spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction. One predetermined partition plate part 15a in a part in the circumferential direction is brought into contact with end plate parts in both ends in an axial direction in a liquid-tight state. Communication parts 16 are formed between an odd-numbered partition plate part 15b counted from the one partition plate part to one side in the circumferential direction and the end plate part in one end in the axial direction and between an even-numbered partition plate part and the end plate part in the other end in the axial direction, such that a coolant circulation passage which is continued while meandering is configured. The hollow part is divided by the partition plate parts in such a manner that sixteen or more hollow passages of which the cross-sectional shape in a radial direction of each hollow passage is rectangular and which have an equal passage area are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
