Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain valuable power with high responsiveness and to obtain desired output continuously.SOLUTION: A frequency control device is configured to control a load frequency of a power system 2 to which a power generation system 4 and a power storage system 5 for supplying power to the power system 2 are connected and comprises: a frequency detection part 11 which detects a frequency of the power system 2; an output calculation part 12 which calculates target output for supplying power to the power system 2 on the basis of a difference between the frequency of the power system 2 and a reference frequency; a charging rate detection part 13 which detects a charging rate of the power storage system 5; a contribution rate determination part 14 for determining a contribution rate of a ratio of output of the power storage system 5 with respect to target output in accordance with SOC of the power storage system 5; and a control part 15 which controls charge/discharge of the power storage system 5 on the basis of the contribution rate, controls power generation of the power generation system 4 on the basis of the contribution rate and suppresses the difference between the frequency of the power system 2 and the reference frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
