Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front end variable device which can stabilize a release load.SOLUTION: A first link 13 (buckling link 13) has an elastic part 13C for exerting an elastic force (hereinafter called as a resistance force) for withstanding a buckling load, and when the buckling load Fb exceeds a preset magnitude (hereinafter called as a buckling limit load Fc), the first link is bent so as to be buckled by an increase of the deformation of the elastic part 13C. The buckling limit load Fc, that is, a release load is decided by the resistance force by which the elastic part 13C withstands the buckling load Fb. Therefore, influences of a secular change and a variation are small compared with a constitution in which the release load is decided by a friction force, and the release load can be stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
