Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle which injects a low-temperature refrigerant to a compression chamber in order to lower a discharge gas temperature, and which can suppress deterioration of compression efficiency when injection is not performed.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle of this invention includes an injection pipe connecting a fixed scroll of a scroll compressor and injection piping, and a second injection valve opening and closing a flow passage of the injection pipe. A lap of a turning scroll and a lap of the fixed scroll are engaged with each other so as to form a compression chamber, and the second injection valve has a third hole connecting the injection pipe with the compression chamber, and a valve element positioned in the third hole and opening and closing the flow passage of the injection pipe. The third hole is in a truncated cone shape, and the valve element is in a hemispherical shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
