Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel additive supply device for an internal combustion engine that can suppress deterioration of fuel, even if refueling is not performed for a long time and continuously use the fuel.SOLUTION: The fuel additive supply device includes: a fuel tank 27 that is provided in a fueling system of the internal combustion engine and stores the fuel; an auxiliary tank 58 that is connected to the fuel tank and stores the fuel additive of the fuel; an auxiliary pump 57 that is driven to supply the fuel additive of the auxiliary tank to the fuel tank; and a control section 4 that calculates a period C when refueling is not performed after previous fueling into the fuel tank, and when the period C exceeds a predetermined elapse period Cn, controls the auxiliary pump so that the fuel additive of a supply amount according to the remaining fuel amount is supplied to the fuel tank.
