Abstract:
To materialize a structure which facilitates prevention or suppression of the horizontal play between vertical and horizontal frame members, in a piece of furniture with a top plate in which a top plate is arranged on a top plate support frame and in which the top plate support frame is equipped with a vertical frame member and a horizontal frame member orthogonal to the vertical frame member.SOLUTION: The piece of furniture with a top plate includes: first and second frame members 4, 5A, 5B in which the top plate support frames 2 intersect at each other; and a fastening fixture 3 which connects the frame members 4, 5A, 5B with each other by horizontally fastening them. A structure is adopted in which the top plate 1 is supported with the upper surface 4a, 5a of the first and second frame members 4, 5A, 5B that become flush with each other in the state of fastened connection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
