Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength of a modesty panel connecting leg members with each other.SOLUTION: Furniture includes: a plurality of leg members 10 erected on an installment face G; a top plate 40 arranged between the leg members 10 in a mode having an upper face serving as a use face; and a modesty plate 20 blocking a space between the leg members 10 with a wide width face of a flat-plate like modesty plate base part 21 facing a depth direction below the top plate 40. The modesty plate 20 includes: connected parts 23, 24 formed on both side parts in a width direction of the modesty plate base part 21 and connected to opposing leg members 10; a reinforcement bend part 25 formed below the modesty plate base part 21 and configuring insertion space S open upward in a mode along the width direction of the modesty plate base part 21 between the reinforcement bend part and the modesty plate base part 21; a reinforcement rod 30 inserted into the insertion space S in a mode along the width direction of the modesty plate base part 21; and restriction means restricting movement of the reinforcement rod 30 at least along the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
