Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas blowing method capable of preventing the sticking of solid matter to the shaft and a stirring blade and capable of improving the improvement of reaction velocity and the leach rate of metals, and an autoclave provided with a gas blowing device therefor.SOLUTION: When an autoclave 1 is fed with the slurry of a metal raw material, the same is transferred into the respective partition chambers 1a partitioned plurally with partitions in order, and is blown by a gas blowing device 2 while being stirred to pressure-leach metals contained in the metal raw material, using a plurality of gas blowing tubes 3, 4 branched at the outside of the autoclave 1 and thereafter inserted into the respective partition chambers 1a of the autoclave 1, gas is blown from the gas discharge ports 4a, 5a of the gas blowing tubes 3, 4 into the vicinity of the stirring blade 5a at the lowermost step of the stirring machine 5 arranged in each partition chamber 1a and also at least the upper and lower each one part of the stirring blade 5a.
