Abstract:
To improve detection sensitivity of gas targeted for detection in a gas detector.SOLUTION: A gas detector is provided that comprises: a first gas chamber having a main gas chamber upon which light passing through gas targeted for detection is incident, and a sub-gas chamber communicating with the main gas chamber, in which the light is not incident upon the sub-gas chamber, and having accommodation gas including the same gas as the gas targeted for detection encapsulated; a second gas chamber upon which the light passing through the main gas chamber is incident, and having the accommodation gas encapsulated; a gas sensor outputting a signal corresponding to pressure of the accommodation gas. The main gas chamber may have a first transmission window the light transmits, and the sub-gas chamber may not have the transmission window the light transmits. The second gas chamber may have a second transmission window the light transmits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
