Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water production device capable of producing ozone water only as needed at a use point without requiring countermeasures against a temperature increase and pollution generation in the ozone water due to circulation thereof.SOLUTION: An ozone water production device 1 comprises: flow rate controllers 4 and 5 which control flow rates of gas to be raw materials; a flow meter 12 which measures the flow rate of water to be the raw material; a booster pump 13 which controls pressure of the water; an ozone water generation section 8 which generates ozone water by mixing ozone gas with the water; and a pressure sensor 17 which measures the pressure of the ozone water supplied to a use point 19. The booster pump 13 controls the pressure of the water in a manner that stabilizes the pressure of the ozone water measured by the pressure sensor 17. The flow rate controllers 4 and 5 control the flow rates of the gas in accordance with the flow rate of the water measured by the flow meter 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
