Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove having a temperature sensing function.SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove having a temperature sensing function comprises a cooking stove body, a temperature sensor, and a gas controller. The cooking stove body comprises a burner that heats a pan. The temperature sensor comprises a thermopile sensor, and a signal processor. The thermopile sensor senses infrared rays radiated from the pan, and outputs a sensing signal. The signal processor and the thermopile sensor are electrically connected, processes the sensing signal, and outputs a control signal. The gas controller and the signal processor are electrically connected, and adjust a gas flow to be supplied to the burner in accordance with the control signal. The gas cooking stove senses the temperature of the pan in a non-contact manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
