Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening gas supply nozzle, a sand core manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of sand core capable of providing the sand core efficiently and easily at a low cost.SOLUTION: A hardening gas supply nozzle 60 has a nozzle main body 66 which is arranged on an inner part of a blow head 20 for storing casting sand 16 and is composed of at least a double pipe structure. An inner pipe 68 arranged on the center side in a radial direction of the nozzle main body 66 ejects high-temperature drying gas from a first ejection port 74 provided on a tip of the nozzle main body 66. An outer pipe 72 constituting an outer circumferential wall of the nozzle main body 66 ejects low-temperature humidifying gas which is low-temperature and high-humidity as compared to the high-temperature drying gas from the second ejection port 76 formed by at least one on the outer circumferential wall. Between the inner pipe 68 and the outer pipe 72, a heat insulating part which thermally insulate them from each other is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
