PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for suppressing erroneous takeout of ordered food and drink in the middle of conveyance by a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: Gate devices 30L, 30R for an ordered food and drink conveyance device 10 installed along a conveyance route of food and drink from a kitchen to an audience seat, have a gate member for opening/closing a dish takeout part between the conveyance route and an audience seat 3 along the conveyance route, a direct acting type electromagnetic solenoid for pushing up the gate member, and a damper unit for decelerating the gate member on the periphery of an upper limit and on the periphery of a lower limit in a movable range of the electromagnetic solenoid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
