Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump that can adjust a distance between a tooth tip of a first gear and a tooth bottom of a second gear to an optimum value, and to provide a gear motor.SOLUTION: The gear pump includes: the first gear and the second gear engaging with each other; a first bearing 11 for pivotally supporting the first gear so as to be rotatable; a second bearing 12 having a separate body from the first bearing and pivotally supporting the second gear so as to be rotatable; and an adjustment mechanism 20 for adjusting an inter-bearing distance between the first bearing 11 and the second bearing 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
