PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an oil in a transmission to enable power generation.SOLUTION: A transmission includes: a gear which is disposed in a case of the transmission and scrapes an oil in the case; an impeller which is rotatably disposed in the case; and a power generator which generates power by a rotational force of the impeller.
