CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted in such a way that the file name notification part 3 of each computer 2 for user can be automatically started up at prescribed time at every use of the computer 2 for user, and notifies by retrieving the file names of all the files accumulated in the computer for user to a computer 1 for management, and the correspondence of a software name at every required software and all the file names required for the configuration of software is shown on the software configuration table 4 of the computer 1 for management, and a software registration part 5 retrieves the software configured by the file with the file name notified from each file name notification part 3 from the software configuration table 4, and it is registered as the installation software name of the computer 2 for user.
